Two or three notes about earlier reviews. There is currently a hose outside to help you clean off sand (but no mat at major of stairs), as well as the fridge looked pretty new and wasn't rusty.
The house layout is nice. Undoubtedly needs some paint, fixing up in a couple of places and new home furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. Wonderful location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting down out to take in evening meal at sunset. Saw dolphins almost every day! The place was the proper getaway and we loved coming back to some clean and roomy place after days about the beach!

From the outside, the home looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks from the neighboring properties, they would be well away from our price array. The inside photos ended up accurate and everything worked fine.

that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. all the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off all of the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do recommend bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that arrive out inside the early morning hours and when the Sunlight starts to set and they do bite. it absolutely was nothing that will keep you indoors though. there certainly are a number of state parks while in the area and every one of them are beautiful. beautiful is undoubtedly an understatement to get honest! its a very family friendly place and never the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is just too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida and I will make this a yearly holiday. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice And that i likely talked to all of these before I actually made it to indian move. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.
